We no longer have any minimum order on Adamventure, however the minimum tier delivery charge has been increased to ensure that our transaction costs are covered.
On the product pages we show the number of items left in stock for that product. This is a system generated number and, although it is generally very reliable, it can be affected by human error. Should we find that we do not have enough stock on hand to complete your order we will contact you immediately with an offer to refund, replace or send the required item as soon as new stock arrives.
We do our best to provide accurate colour representation in our pictures, but cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen is the same as the one we have on our screens. Where we use names for shades of colour they are either the ones allocated by the manufacturer, or the closest we can find on Wikipedia - shades of colour, they may not correspond to your own understanding of that colour name. If the exact shade is important to you we recommend that you purchase a single item first as a sample.
As from January 1st 2018 all customers spending £50 or more will be entitled to free standard (1st class) delivery, and those spending £100 will automatically receive an additional 5% discount. Registered customers will also receive loyalty points, which equate to a further 4% discount.
Payment and Delivery
Goods will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment, Mondays to Fridays only. We currently accept online payments (facilitated by secure 3rd party payment processors) of PayPal, and debit or credit cards. We can also take card payments over the phone, and you can pay directly by bank transfer using fps.
All sellers are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These give clear rights to consumers, including:
The right to change your mind
You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return the item to us for a full refund. If you are exercising this right, you are liable for the cost of the return postage.
The right to a full refund, repair or replacement of goods found to be faulty within 30 days of delivery.
For our regular stock, 30 days is usually sufficient time to identify any faults, but we do advise that you check your purchase as soon as possible after receipt. For some special purchases, especially around the Christmas season when goods purchased as gifts may not be opened immediately, we will consider returns outside the 30 day period. In any case, please contact us before returning the item. For some of our low cost items we might decide to provide the refund or replacement on the evidence of a photograph rather than insisting on a return.
For returns under this clause, we will refund the cost of the return postage.
The 'final right to reject'
Your rights do not expire after 30 days, if problems persist please contact us so that we can work out an acceptable resolution.
To be eligible to purchase the Goods on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts with us, you must:

Provide full details of a valid delivery address
